NCSJP Forerunners Club

The NCSJP Forerunners Club giving levels are named for individuals who embodied the spirit of social justice through their lives and contributed to real and lasting change throughout the history of North Carolina. Through their work, they all contributed in one way or another to move North Carolina closer to the ideal we continue to strive for today.

Your cumulative annual gifts each year to NCSJP (during our fiscal year of July 1 - June 30) will qualify you for membership in these giving clubs. Contributors of $100 or more will be invited to an annual Forerunners Club reception.

Daniel H. Pollitt, professor of law (1921-2010): $1 to $99

John Hope Franklin, scholar (1915-2009): $100 to $249

W. W. Finlator, clergy (1913-2006): $250 to $499

Golden Frinks, civil rights activist (1920-2004): $500 to $999

Ella Baker, civil rights activist (1903-1986): $1000 to $2,499

Pauli Murray, poet, activist, lawyer, priest (1910-1985): $2,500 to $4,999

Paul Green, playwright and human rights activist (1894-1981): $5,000 to $9,999

Frank Porter Graham, educator (1886-1972): $10,000 to $24,999

Anna Julia Hayward Cooper, educator, scholar (1858-1964): $25,000 or more
